Well that was an interesting year! 😂 2020 was definitely one full of ups & downs but I have to say that overall I believe it made me stronger.

The Toronto Christmas Market that happens in the Distillery District every winter is a fantastic event to get together with friends & family to enjoy the start of the holiday season.

To say that the luxury housing market was on fire in August would be a bit of an understatement. Looking at the stats, you can clearly see a substantial increase in the # of sales compared to 2019 with 3-Bed/+ homes leading the way with a 263% gain.
With the new typical work-week being 1-3 days from home & the remainder in the office, many people have changed the criteria with which they judge their property.
